Remote Stores:
Full Point of Sale functionality.
Lookup Quantity On Hand status of other stores.
Accept payment on an open invoice for any customer.
The same item at different store locations must have the same price at all locations, with the exception of the Cash Customer Account. Each stores Cash Customer Account can have a different price for the same item at each location. ( see example below)
Customer information can be accessed, and customers can be added from any store.
SBT Sales Order Module cannot be used at the Remote Stores.
Example of Varied Pricing for the same item at different locations:
Store 1 - Default Cash Customer 1 can be priced at $99.95 for a Mountain Bike
Store 2 - Default Cash Customer 2 can be priced at $109.95 for the same Mountain Bike
Store 3 - Default Cash Customer 3 can be priced at $119.95 for the same Mountain Bike
Information Exchange
Corporate is updated nightly with pos invoices and inventory transaction information.
Corporate polls all remote locations and retrieves pos invoices, inventory, payment and customer information then downloads to remote stores master corporate files and updated corporate changes.
