UPOS Technical Support Plans

Our Support Policy assists our firm in continually providing  the best support services possible by ensuring that we have knowledgeable and experienced engineers available when you need them. Our goal is to provide the best technical support possible to ensure your satisfaction and to help your store efficiently operate and make the most valuable use of UPOS.  Our support engineers are experienced, well trained and have had significant development roles in the design and implementation of the software. 

UPOS Executive Support Plan  To Enroll  

UPOS Executive Support Plan (UES) provides 300 minutes of UPOS professional technical support for up to 1 full year.   This Plan Investment:  $625.00 

UPOS Professional 3 Support Plan  To Enroll  

UPOS Professional 3 Support Plan (UES) provides 180 minutes of UPOS professional technical support for up to 1 full year.   This Plan Investment:  $390.00 

UPOS Professional 2 Support Plan  To Enroll  

UPOS Professional 3 Support Plan (UES) provides 120 minutes of UPOS professional technical support for up to 1 full year.   This Plan Investment:  $270.00 

UPOS Quick Tech Support Plan  To Enroll

If you anticipate a less frequent need for technical support, try UPOS Quick Tech Support Plan (UQT). UQT provides 60 minutes of UPOS professional technical support for up to 1 year.  This Plan Investment: $150.00

UPOS Single Call Assistance  To Enroll

If you are not enrolled in one of the described Technical Support Programs, you may purchase assistance for a single call on a per call basis using a major credit card. Each call is limited to 30 minutes.  This Plan Investment: $ 110.00

 

UPOS Internet Support

If you are enrolled in one of the described Technical Support Programs, you may receive e-mail support by sending e-mail with your questions & your support authorization number to custserv@upos.com.
